There are 390 people currently employed at ITW Metalflex, out of which 353 in Tolmin and 37 in Pečine plant. There were by far the most employees in the company at the turn of the eighties to nineties of the past century, where there were almost 900 employees. In 2006, there were 507 people employed, but later on this number decreased due to automatization of production, as it was also the case in other similar companies.

Among 390 employees in ITW Metalflex today, there are 54 % of female and 46 % of male representatives. Most of them are in the age group from 40 to 49, the average age being 43,5. 253 people work in production whereas 137 work in administration and management.
